I hope you’re having a wonderful day today. Even more than that, I hope you’re hungry.
You may be wondering: Who is this delightfully feminine yet strikingly compelling little woman, whose writing style so greatly differs from the other writers of DisneyExaminer? Why is she here? Why does she hope I’m hungry?
Well do not fret, my dear reader, for all your questions will soon be answered! In fact, they’ll be answered right now: my name is Tami Orendain and I’m a new writer for DisneyExaminer.
Jordie (Jordan’s real name is Jordie, you know) has asked me to write about various things that need writing! My first assignment starts with the Downtown Disney District is Southern California, which as you know has a lot of great places to eat! My first series of articles will be focusing on the site’s sponsors La Brea Bakery; specifically their Café at Downtown Disney. So I’ll be writing about food in hopes you’ll go down and try these dishes for yourselves!
I know trusting an author can be hard, so here’s what I’ll promise to do to gain your trust!
I vow –
- to write like an intelligent person, but not like a boring textbook (unless it’s relevant, of course)
- to be honest about food
- to be witty
- to make many Disney references (when they apply)
- to eat as much as possible (you know!)
- never to end an article with “in conclusion”. I mean, maybe, but probably not.
Anyway, on a more serious note, I really hope you all like my articles and I hope they help you choose the best places to eat when you go to Downtown Disney. I’m excited to write for you!
