A New Orleans location would not be complete without delicious New Orleans cuisine and the staff at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen really know how to serve it up. The Jazz Kitchen guarantees you a great amount of food choices – everything from authentic, spicy Gumbo to traditional favorites like tender Roast Beef.
During our visit to their Open House, we had the opportunity to try a variety of food that the chefs prepared right in front of us like the sweet and buttery Shrimp Scampi and the succulent Crawfish, covered in hot and spicy sauce and served alongside fresh corn and red potatoes (all of which is offered only for special events).
There was also a sampling of the carving station with both Roast Beef and Ham and complete with an amazing array of toppings such as Bean Salad, Pico De Gallo, and of course many vegetables.
The bar was also open, serving up an entire display of drinks for all ages. The one of the best parts of the night, however, was the dessert: a “Beignet Bar”, with a big pile of steaming hot beignets, ice cream, and many toppings such as berries, whipped cream, and chocolate (and white chocolate!) gnaché.
