We’re still early in the new year and we’re sure that many of you have exercise was (or still is) part of your new year’s resolutions. Our friends at runDisney already have had two big race weekends so far this year and with every race, more enthusiasm gets created for future events. With all these events selling out in usually a few hours after registration opens, one might question why are these running events selling out?
We believe the question was answered when runDisney launched “I runDisney” – a social media centered marketing campaign that looks to take runners of all levels to tell their story on why they run. People are encouraged to use Instagram and upload a video where you tell the world why you run these Disney races by using the hashtag #WhyIRunDisney. With every story being different, it’s clear that runDisney is popular because you’re motivated to run.
