The Disneyland Resort is a lot more technically complex than you might think. Behind all that magic are things and people that help deliver the magic flawlessly each and everyday. One of those things and teams live in a place called “Audio Central“. Like something out of a sci-fi film, this is the mouthpiece of Disney California Adventure Park. From one place all the sound, like background and parade audio, gets sent out and played around the park.
Brian White is a stage technician at the Resort and takes us into Audio Central for a look inside in the video above. With large machines controlling audio for all 30+ attractions and shows, the task still requires human interaction with precision planning and execution. Along with iPads.

Did you know about the technology like Audio Central behind the scenes at Disney Parks like DCA? Would you like to have a job like Brian’s? If you had one song to play from a Disney Park over and over again, what would it be and why? Tell us in the comments!
