The Map Maker’s Music.

For those of you who’ve seen the new stage show “Mickey and the Magical Map” at Fantasyland Theatre at Disneyland, you know that it features songs from our beloved Disney movies such as “Mulan” and “The Jungle Book.” But there’s one song that you might have noticed that you’ve never heard before and it really sets us in motion as we travel the map ourselves.

The theme song for the new musical stage show is called “Journey to Imagination” and was composed by Adam Watts and Andy Dodd, who are seasoned Disney songwriters themselves!

Take a look at the video above to get a little more behind-the-scenes magic as they describe to background and process it took to create a song that would complement that already classic music that is already in the show.
