The best part about Disneyland’s currently parked trains are that they make awesome photo ops

As part of the Star Wars-themed land construction, Disneyland Park has closed some attractions and experiences for over a year. That includes the Disneyland Railroad.

While many are sad that the trains won’t be in operation for a while, many are still happy they’ve been made accessible as part of the closure. The locomotives and train cars themselves are available for viewing at either the Main Street Station or New Orleans Square Station as part of these limited time experiences.

While viewing the trains up close is cool, I’m particularly happy because you can get some amazing photo ops from them since they’re stationary.

Here are a few of the ones I shot of Mike, one of our writers, and I during a recent visit.

Remember to be safe and follow the wishes of any cast member who may ask you to tone your posing game down.
