What do Captain America and Dory have in common?

  • by Tami Orendain
  • in Disney Culture · Walt Disney Studios

Answer: they can be found on everything.

Like Captain America and Iron Man, Dory and her friends will soon be seen on all kinds of products – from sunscreen, to band-aids, to even macaroni and cheese!

Disney’s partnership with these brands makes sense – after all, their movies have always been featured on kids’ favorite snacks and products (and who wouldn’t want to see Dory’s friendly face on a band-aid?) Many of the companies seem to be chosen deliberately for their relationship to the world of Finding Dory: Coppertone, for example, is creating kids’ sunscreen bottles featuring the movie, maybe best of all, seafaring snacks featuring the characters will be sold by none other than Pirates Booty.

Some companies are even taking their partnership a step further. JuicyJuice, for example, is holding a sweepstakes from which you and your hometown can win a private screening of Finding Dory!

As the movie draws nearer, keep an eye out for the many companies partnering with Disney to advertise this long-anticipated film. Maybe you’ll see Dory on some of your favorite snacks and essentials!
