A dating site for Disney fans just launched because it was only a matter of time.

Sick of also going to Disneyland alone? Want to stop riding Single Rider? Thanks to a new dating service, these “different” dreams might just come true.

MouseMingle.com is touting itself to be a place where you can “find YOUR Mickey or Minnie.” In other words, it’s a place where Disney fans can connect with each other AND “who want that same magic in their relationship.” The site was created by Dave Tavres, a Southern California software developer and Disney fan himself.

According to an interview he had with Los Angeles Magazine, Tavres used to live in Anaheim and was even an engineer on the Disneyland Railroad but still had trouble finding dates when hanging out at the theme parks. “I found it hard to find women who were as interested in Disney as I am.”

As there was no solution to his problem, he created the solution in the form of a dating site that allows you to express your Disney-ness with others in the hope that there’s Disney compatibility. Users are able to create profiles like other dating sites, but MouseMingle focuses on users Disney-ness by having prospective Disney daters their favorite Disney songs, merchandise, attractions, foods, etc.

Sound like a place where you can find that perfect Disney nerd lover? It’s free to view user profiles and photos, but contacting someone on the site requires a monthly membership fee of $12.55.

Once you find that perfect Mickey or Minnie, make sure you dress up as your favorite Disney characters or buy some buttons to mark the magical occasion!
