A New Kind Of Matterhorn Climber

You’ve heard of pigs flying, but have you heard of scaffold climbing? Now you have.

As part of the renovation of Disneyland’s Matterhorn, crews had to set up scaffolding (or temporary platforms) around the whole mountain to repaint it from top to bottom!

Like we reported in our earlier post, the scaffolding climbed 20 levels high and took 15 days to assemble. Currently, all that scaffolding is down now as the Matterhorn readies for more bobsled rides beginning on June 15!

Take a look at this time lapse video of this new kind of Matterhorn climber. Are you all ready to sled again?
