Annual Passholders: Duck In At Dawn.

We, the DisneyExaminer Staff, love being Annual Passholders. Many of us have been passholders since the pass program began as paper tickets years and years ago! Prior to starting DisneyExaminer, many of us got passes in the first place because we, like most of you, we love going to the theme parks.

And we still love going to the theme parks. When we aren’t hunting for a story, we’re just a little strategic on when to go to avoid the larger amounts of crowds. Fortunately, the folks at the Disneyland Resort have shown us some love with the re-introduction of the Annual Passholder Early Entry Program.

Just like how we (APs) were able to gain early entry to the new DCA this past summer, this program allows us to get one full hour of magic into Disneyland Park (on Sunday mornings) and Disney California Adventure Park (on Saturday mornings). You must have a valid pass on the day you go. Blockout tickets can be purchased the morning of the event too.

No need to sign up online this time around and their are no limits to how many times you can take advantage of early entry either! The program begins now and will occur every weekend (unless otherwise noted) until April 14, 2013.

We’ve been to these things before folks and we’d recommend you get there extra early (at least an hour) to park AND wait in front of the turnstiles with your other fellow passholders wanting some extra early magic.

Oh, and for all you late risers, a little birdy told us that there may be some “later” day magic coming to you as well. Stay tuned.
