Meet Otto (pronounced “AUTO” like automobile). He’s the newest Cast Member at the Disneyland Resort and he knows pretty much everything you could need to know while traveling to and at the Resort.

Why would you name your kid Otto? You wouldn’t and that’s because Otto is actually an automated call system designed to answer your questions in an efficient, human-like manner (like when you call Apple). He was developed by Walt Disney Imagineering to be just like a human Cast Member ready to serve you. Indeed.

You literally can call Otto and ask him pretty much any question(s) regarding your visit to the Disneyland Resort like:

“How long is the line for Radiator Springs Racers?”

or

“What time does World of Color start tonight?”

He’s that smart.

And the best thing is…there’s no hold time to talk to him and get your questions answered EVER. Just in case he can’t answer your question, he’ll directly connect you to a real person to help you further.
