Behind the Dazzle with the people behind Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration

Last week marked the kickoff of the highly anticipated Diamond Celebration at the Disneyland Resort! Beyond the extravagant parties and unlimited churros that Disney provided for us media and other VIPs, the launch event was a time for us to work and share the stories of those who put this celebration together.

Many of the people we spoke with have been working with their teams for years to ensure that Disneyland’s 60th anniversary would sparkle in every way – from Steve Davison and his “labor of love” creating an entirely new version of World of Color to Summer Bloomfield sharing the three types of merchandise you can now call your next souvenirs.
