Here are some of the best places to nap at Disneyland Park
Let’s paint an imaginary picture for a little bit. It’s the middle of summer and you’re spending your time at Disneyland. You’ve been at the park all day and its only 2 p.m. Then, all of a sudden this overwhelming fatigue hits you like a brick wall. You want to rest but have no idea where.
We’ve all been there. However, with our help you can relax, put your feet up, and nap at these great spots at Disneyland.
Tom Sawyer’s Island
It’s a perfect place to escape the crowds. It offers children a fun place to run, explore and blow off steam while the grown-ups can sit and sip a cool drink.
New Orleans Square
This is a prime place to rest because of the ambiance. At the French Market and Mint Julep Bar, you can find several shaded areas, which often have live jazz music playing in the background. So try a mint julep and enjoy!
Hungry Bear Restaurant
The dining decks of Hungry Bear Restaurant — lower deck often being less crowded and far back of the upper deck — provides the perfect location to take a break, eat a snack, and nap in the surrounding greenery.
Mark Twain Riverboat
The Mark Twain Riverboat is a peaceful cruise that takes guests around the rim of Tom Sawyer’s Island. The whole trip takes about 20 minutes and while you rest, make sure to take in the scenic views in between as you sail around the Rivers of America.
Pirates of the Caribbean
If you want to rest while on a ride, then set sail on a calming voyage at Pirates of the Caribbean. It’s an adventurous ride without the exhaustion of the adventure. Just watch out for those drops!
Disneyland provides beautiful areas to sit and watch as the day unfolds. So whether you’re trying to escape the heat, rest your feet from walking all day or just need to take a little power nap, make sure to check out these favorite spots!
