Blue Balloons And Blue Umbrellas.

We hope you’re enjoying your Valentine’s Day, folks! If you are or if you’re not, we hope that these two updates from our friends at The Walt Disney Studios will make your day less sappy and more happy!

First off, we have pictures from the Yellow Brick Road/Emerald Green carpet celebrity/VIP arrivals for the world premiere of “Oz The Great And Powerful,” the first film from Disney for the new year, which took place at the Disney-owned El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, California yesterday evening. Lets just say that the setup is bringing a new generation of Oz-lookers into the world. We can’t wait to see the film when it “blows” into theaters on March 8, 2013!

Lastly, Disney gave us this wonderful (retro?) poster of their newest animated short that will debut in front of Disney*Pixar’s “Monsters University.” “The Blue Umbrella” is due out June 21, 2013! We’re guessing that colored umbrellas like each other. Plot – exposed.
