Capturing Disneyland: Closing Attractions [Photo Series]
In early January, several beloved attractions at the Disneyland Resort closed for both renovations as well as to begin construction for the highly anticipated Star Wars-themed land.
For many Disney enthusiasts, the week leading to the closures was a bittersweet time. For me, experiencing them with the knowledge that they won’t be here, both temporarily and permanently, made me reflect and appreciate these attractions more. Here are some of these attractions’ final moments before the January 11th closure.

Cruise the exciting Rivers of America aboard an authentic, steam-powered sternwheeler!
