Carthay Circle Cast: Hostess and Tour Guide

The Carthay Circle Theater in Los Angeles back in the early 1900s was home to a lot of movie premieres. The Carthay Circle Restaurant at Disney California Adventure Park that looks exactly like the theater from times past is still home to premieres of sorts – specifically “premiere” food paired perfectly with “premiere” service!

Sara Curtis who is a hostess at the restaurant loves her duties there. From greeting the guests outside to bringing the “premiere” guests to their table, Sara makes sure that these VIP diners are taken care of. Along with those regular restaurant duties, Sara also has the privilege of taking part in something new at the restaurant which doesn’t cost a thing for guests.

The Story of Carthay Circle Tour is a free 15-minutes tour of the restaurant that happens every morning at 10:30 AM. The tour gives guests the opportunity to learn more about the history of the iconic theater the restaurant is modeled after. It really gives everyone an appreciation of the new authenticity of the dining environment and the rest of the new Disney California Adventure.
