With Halloween being just around the corner and Thanksgiving coming up, many of you probably don’t know that today is National Chicken Day! Yes, today is the day to stuff your face with one of the most popular proteins out there. Luckily, Disneyland has got this holiday covered by having some of the most delicious chicken dishes around! Here are some of the best chicken dishes served at Disneyland!

Golden Horseshoe/Hungry Bear Chicken Nuggets

Doesn’t this sandwich just make your mouth water? This is the king of all chicken sandwiches! This is the crème de la crème of chicken dishes at Disneyland. If you haven’t tried the Plaza Inn Broasted Chicken then you are missing out! This meal is the perfect symphony in your mouth. The mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, biscuit, and succulent chicken fried to perfection makes this the best meal that you can get at Disneyland hands down! Once you step foot into the theme park, walk straight to Plaza Inn and order this chicken dish ASAP!

BONUS: Turkey Leg

Now I know that this isn’t technically a “chicken” but how can you ignore one of Disney’s most popular cart foods? Since it is somewhat in the same family as chicken, we will discuss about this awesome hunk of meat. Eating a turkey leg at Disneyland is a memory within itself. Not only is this turkey leg juicy and pure of salty goodness, but it is HUGE! Whether you want to eat this whole thing by yourself like a caveman or share it among a small village, this turkey leg will never leave you hungry!
