Dead Day

Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort has some big highlights like Haunted Mansion Holiday and Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy. We know that. But did you know that there are some awesome seasonal things that guests like us don’t always see? A secret perhaps?

Yes! A cultural secret. Located near the Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Frontierland, Disneyland again this year has brought Dia de los Muertos (or Day of the Dead) to life! Inspired by this Mexican holiday, this little space features some colorful skeletons, awesome music, and even face painting to see death in a different light.

Take a look at the video above to see what “death-lightful” things await you and be sure to stop by the location next time you’re at the Resort.
