Disney confirms a new “That’s So Raven” spin-off!

That’s So Raven first premiered in 2003, and told us all about a girl named Raven Baxter trying to make it through life as a teenage psychic. Though the show ended in 2007, it spawned another spin-off called Cory in the House, centering on Raven’s brother Cory, and launched the career of Raven-Symoné.

Disney has confirmed today that a brand new spin-off, starring Raven herself, is coming to us in the future! According to Oh My Disney, this new show will introduce us to Raven as a divorced mother of two pre-teen children, one of whom also has psychic abilities.

Disney Channel seems to have its eye on remakes, for good reason. Many nostalgic 90’s and 2000’s shows have produced successful spin-offs: Girl Meets World is still gaining viewership, and Netflix’s Fuller House premiered to millions of nostalgic fans. There’s no doubt that a show like a That’s So Raven, starring the iconic Raven-Symoné, will also make waves with both old and new fans.
