Disney’s Dream Homes

They say home is where the heart is. For many of us, our hearts belong to Disneyland and Walt Disney World and now, your heart and home can be in one place! Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort is the first and only residential community that is located on premises at Walt Disney World in Florida.

Yes, you can live in a Disney Resort.

The Golden Oak residences offers 3 luxury, single-family custom homes and home sites and it will have a capacity of 400 homes that offer so much more than the home itself.

The 400 homes will consist of three types of detached, single-family homes. Each style has a different architecture. The Village homes will have a Tuscan architectural design mean to capture the look of a Mediterranean village. Estate homes and Grand Estate homes will both be available in architectural styles including Tuscan, Southern Classical, French Country, Spanish Revival, Venetian, Italianate, Dutch Colonial and Island Colonial. The only difference is the size: where estate homes are offered in .5-acre homesites while Grand Estates are offered in .75-acre homesites. That’s a huge part of some magical property.

With a huge lot of course, you also have a huge price with homes in Golden Oak starting at $1.8 million. But there’s so much more that comes with that price. Home owners will be able to use amenities provided by the nearby Four Seasons Resort Hotel which will be within the community. Residents can also have access to a Tom Fazio-Designed golf course, restaurants, and even a full service spa. This is on top of the free annual passes and transportation to and from your house to any of the Walt Disney World theme parks!

At the end of the day, the intention of the Golden Oak residences was to give people the dream home they’ve always dreamed about. Combine that with the magic of Disney and you have a luxury community steps away from the magic of theme parks that’s perfect for any princess, prince charming, and their growing royal family. That royal family living can now be yours if home really is where the heart is.
