Disney Parks launches new web series to tell you about all things Disney Parks

Just a day after Disney Interactive launched its new Star Wars web series, Disney Parks launched its own web series. Called Inside Disney Parks Newscast, the new seven-minute web series will share news coming from every product as part of the Disney Parks portfolio.

In the pilot episode, we have hosts from Walt Disney World sharing video segments created by authors of content from the Disney Parks Blog. Our friend Erin Glover shares the experience of the new Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters attraction while her colleagues show off some of the new things happening during nighttime at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park.

Studies say that seven minutes is certainly a long time for any viewer to watch a video online, but the exclusive footage and news that Disney Parks and Lucasfilm aims to share though them are betting they can keep you glued and subscribed for future episodes.

Unlike The Star Wars Show, the Inside Disney Parks Newscast is not weekly. Like The Star Wars Show, however, it will be interesting to see if and when Disney Parks fans will tune in.
