Disney Senior Show Director – Quite Literally A Dream Job

We would be among the many people out there that would say that working for The Walt Disney Company is a dream. Not that it is fake, but that the things you do (mostly the higher-up positions) are literally a dream to do.

One of those higher-up positions belongs to a man named Randy Wojcik. If you recall, we had the opportunity to meet and chat with Randy about his last “dream job” that he oversaw as Senior Show Director for the Disneyland Resort. After the Cars Land Rose Parade float project, Randy then focused his attention to the special tribute shows at the Golden Horseshoe at Disneyland Park. He literally is tasked with putting all these magical experiences together!

Sure, it’s a lot of work, but as Randy’s face will continually show, the reality of a dream job is loving what you do.

Take a look at the video above to hear from Randy and more about what he does with the tremendous talent and resources he organizes for each magical experience around the world!
