We are now only a week away from Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration Kickoff on May 22 and we’re still counting down to that day with our Disneyland Decades video series.

As you saw last week, we shared the true story of what it was like to experience Disneyland when it first opened back in 1955 through the eyes of Carol Hansen, who experienced it first-hand.

Today, hear the story of April-Jo Rogers as she recounts the next decade of Disneyland’s existence which brought a new change to the park and its attractions.
