Disneyland’s Iron Chefs
Recently, the American Culinary Federation, or ACF, awarded Disneyland Resort Chefs Chris Faulkner and Marcel St. Pierre the ranking of Certified Executive Chef.
What is that, you may ask? Well to put it simply, they are recognized as some of the greatest chefs in the nation. Why? Because their food is awesome. The ACF is regarded as the largest organization of professional chefs around the U.S., so having these chefs at the Resort is a big deal!
Chris Faulkner was a graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and is the head chef at the Storytellers Cafe inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel.
Marcel St. Pierre graduated from the CIA or Culinary Institute of America in New York and is the chef at the exclusive in-park restaurant Club 33.
Faulkner and St. Pierre will be joining 2 other chefs at the Resort who have also been given this prestigious honor. A warm congratulations to all 4 and if you haven’t had the chance to dine at these chefs’ restaurants, tis best you do next time you visit the Disneyland Resort!
