DisneyExaminer’s Face Time with Disneyland’s Halloween Time

Last Friday, I had the opportunity to take part in a media event at the Disneyland Resort. We really love our partnership with our friends there and they have continually given us cool opportunities that we ultimately get to share with all of you! From being able to take Cars Land in prior to its grand opening to witnessing history by witnessing a Disney Cast Member get a window on Main Street USA, we’ve covered it all and you’ve been a part of that journey.

Our hope in taking all these opportunities with Disneyland and our other Disney partners is that you’d be entertained and informed and with these new videos highlighting Halloween Time, we certainly hope that you get both!

The Disneyland Resort is in full swing with their annual Halloween Time celebration lasting until Halloween night, October 31. The Happiest Place on Earth has gotten spookier and we had the chance to talk to some of those responsible in making it all happen.

First up, here’s my interview with Robin Towbridge, show director for Disney California Adventure’s nighttime experience Mad T Party. Learn how everything in the rabbit hole has gotten pumpkin-spiced up for the season and how that’ll get you howling for more!

My second interview was with chef Christina Orejel who works in the Disneyland Resort’s Central Bakery which bakes up all the delicious treats-not-tricks throughout the Resort for Halloween Time. Take a look (and taste) at all the new and returning Fall favorites!

UPDATE 10/22: Here’s the official recipe!

These two spook-tacular things are just a few of things that have brought the Fall and Halloween feelings to Walt Disney’s original Magic Kingdom and we sure hope you make it down to experience it all before it all disappears after October 31! Be sure to check DisneyExaminer.com for more Halloween Time updates as things get more scary and fun.

As for the press event, we were done with all our interviews and Disney decided to put us up in a hotel for the night. Too bad the service wasn’t so swell. I just wanted to go to my room…

Will you (or have you) experienced Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort before? What do you think of it? Are you expecting more for next year’s celebration? Will you be trying those delicious pumpkin beignets? Let us know in the comments!
