From Snow White to Judy Hopps: Get to know More about Ginnifer Goodwin!

For the past couple of years Ginnifer Goodwin has become a well-known actress in the Disney world.  She portrays strong female characters like Snow White in ABC’s Once Upon A Time as well as her recent role as Judy Hopps in Disney’s Zootopia.  In honor of her birthday this Sunday we are sharing 5 Disney things you may or may not know about Ginnifer Goodwin.

1. Her Disney Dream was Fulfilled

In an interview with USA Today, she was quoted saying “One of my biggest dreams in life is to play a Disney Princess.”

As Snow White in ABC’s Once Upon a Time, her dream was fulfilled.

2. She Lives Happily Ever After

In 2014 Ginnifer married John Dallas who costars with her as Prince Charming in OUAT.

Together they have a two-year old son Oliver and are expecting another baby boy in June.

Gizmo Gwen, Sofia the First (2014)

Fawn, Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast (2014)

Judy Hopps, Zootopia (2016)

4.  Audiences Relate to Judy Hopps

Zootopia was originally told from Nick Wilde’s (Jason Bateman) point of view, but in test screenings audiences were drawn more to Judy Hopps.

If there was ever a sequel Ginnifer hopes its told in a way Nick convinces Judy that the world is worth fighting for.

5. Her Family Loves All Things Disney

Even before Oliver was born, Ginnifer and Josh frequently went to Disneyland and now take him when they can.

In an interview with Disney 23, Ginnifer admits she is afraid her kids will one day not share the same enthusiasm for Disney as she does.
