Grizzly.

We wanted to send our congratulations to our friends at Hong Kong Disneyland as they celebrated the grand opening of their newest experiences Grizzly Gulch, a wild western town tuned to the story of a gold rush…rush!

The new experience, which opened on July 14, 2012, includes 7 new attractions and experiences, including the E-Ticket attraction Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars! You can see a photo above of the attraction in action with Disney Park Chairman Tom Staggs riding in front.

Grizzly Gulch looks great, but the one thing that we’re a little saddened about is that the theme just really feel “Disney”, specifically because we’ve seen a “grizzly” theme right here in Disney California Adventure Park. Some originality could have helped, but nevertheless we wish Hong Kong Disneyland the best for more success with this new experience!

We hope to be visiting Hong Kong Disneyland (and the rest of the Disney Parks) in our lifetime. How about you? Comment below!
