Meet the chef of the Carthay Circle Theater Restaurant in the new Disney California Adventure Park!

Her name is Gloria Tae and she has been working in the culinary profession for 9 years. Moreover, she also has been working with Napa Rose’s head chef Andrew Sutton for 4 years, which made her the perfect candidate for the position we think!

Chef Tae was born in Seoul Korea and picked up her culinary skills from her own hands-on experience rather than going to a culinary school. Her experience through Napa Rose has made her a very capable chef and a proud one at that.
