Here are the best Disneyland snacks according to OC’s best chefs

Every year Orange County’s best chefs come together to host OC Chef’s Table – a grand event that raises money to end homelessness and provide services to struggling families. Last year’s raised over $630,000 towards these causes, and this year’s event is sure to see even more generosity.

The chefs that participate in this event are top-notch experts in their fields. From chefs working in popular Disney restaurants like Club 33 and Napa Rose, to chefs innovating modern cuisine in restaurants like those at the Anaheim Packing District, this group of foodies knows how to eat.

These chefs are serious, skillful, and seasoned, so of course we had to ask them:

what are your favorite foods from Disneyland?

Here are a few of their answers:

“The only thing I’ve had recently that I didn’t know about that was pretty darn good was the dole whip.” – Andrew Sutton, Napa Rose

“Yeah I think for me, I just like the corn on the cob” and “The corn dogs!” – Omar and Rosendo Gonzales, Nick’s Restaurant

“For me it’s the Vietnamese tacos over at Carthay, I have those everyday.” – Justin Monson, Club 33

“I’ve eaten at Napa Rose and I had monkfish – and it was phenomenal.” – Linda Johnsen, Filomena’s Italian Kitchen

“For years, for years I used to come and have the fantastic burger in that little place [Carnation Cafe]. It was closed for a while but I think it’s reopened now…But if you go to that little place with the jungle, they have those little skewers. I love the skewers.” – Pascal Olhats, Pascal

“You know, every time i go to Disneyland, I come to Disneyland for the turkey leg…and the chicken dinner at the end.” – Michael Pham, Anchor Hitch

“I always go for churros, man. You have to. Churros are amazing.” – Hiroki Uchida, The Blind Rabbit

“Probably the churros, as a dessert!” – Andrea Parada, Urbana

“Actually at the end, when we finish [visiting Disneyland] we have churros. Churros, churros!” “They’re everywhere too!”  -Leo and Teresa Razo, Villa Roma

After an hour of talking to a number of chefs we finally found the crowd favorite:

Churros!

Almost every chef we interviewed agreed that churros are one of the most delicious snacks at Disneyland.
