Here are the Disney nominees for the 2015 Annie Awards
It’s award season in the entertainment industry, so nominations for this year’s top products are eager to get recognized! That includes the world of animation and late yesterday, our friends at ASIFA-Hollywood have announced the nominees for next year’s Annie Awards.
In what is called the Academy Awards for the animation industry, the Annie Awards are given out to recognize top animated feature films, shorts, and the people who bring them to life. This year’s Disney nominees include:
Best Animated Feature: Big Hero 6
Best Animated Special Production: Toy Story That Time Forgot
Best Animated Short Subject: Feast
Best General Audience Animated TV/Broadcast Production For Preschool Children: Doc McStuffins
Best Animated TV/Broadcast Production For Children’s Audience: Gravity Falls, Wander Over Yonder
