Holidays On The High Seas.
We all tend to spend our holidays at home, but what if we all decided to change our perspectives during our holidays?
If we had the opportunity to change our perspectives, we’d probably choose something Disney related. Hot on the heels of that thought, our friends at Disney Cruise Line have created a few opportunities that not only change the locations of where we celebrate our favorite holidays, but keep the magic of those holidays alive and well.
Beginning this year, Disney Cruise Line will be launching two new cruise experiences: the Halloween on the High Seas Cruise and the Very Merrytime Cruise. As their name suggests, both cruises will be filled with things that make that holiday unique.
Guests taking part in the Halloween on the High Seas cruise aboard the Disney Dream from late September through October will be able to experience themed experiences that include a “Mouse-Querade” Pool Deck Party, Haunted (costume) Parties, and Spooky Movies.
Guests taking part in the Very Merrytime cruise also aboard the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and the Disney Wonder beginning November 9 and 10 will feature merry things like “King Trition’s Tree Lighting Ceremony,” holiday arts and crafts, and a “Deck the Deck Holiday Party.
In addition to the activities on the Very Merrytime cruise, Disney Cruise Line will also be holding some extra pieces of magic for you to take advantage of since you’ll be sailing during the actual holidays themselves! If you’ll be sailing on Thanksgiving, you’ll also be treated to a bountiful feast with Mickey and the rest of the Disney pals! On Christmas morning, you’ll be able to see Santa and sing carols together with everyone aboard. There will even be Christmas Eve and Day church services aboard as well!
Sounds great already? Don’t forget that each ship will be decorated in each holidays finest decorations as well – each with their own Disney touches.
If this has gotten you all excited about getting off land for this year’s holidays, then be sure to book your holiday Disney cruise right now! More information on bookings can be found here.
