How DisneyExaminer does work.

DisneyExaminer is run by nearly 20 fantastic and talented people.

Although that may seem small, it is actually bigger than one would think, especially if those 20 fantastic and talented people need to work harmoniously with one another.

Sure, email, IM, and video conferencing, calling someone are traditional forms of communication, but each one lacks a feature of the other, making collaboration and communication rather difficulty for us 20 people.
