RISE AND SHINE
“Nants ingonyama bagithi Baba!” How can you not want to wake up to that? “Circle of Life” is the wake up song that pulls your body out of bed. This iconic song is one that makes you want to start your day with a purpose. It perfectly connects with the ins and outs of being in school. The lyrics, “till we find our place, on the path unwinding…” perfectly sums up how students try to figure out where they belong.

Traffic is one of those inescapable things that you just have to deal with if you have an early class. “Just Around the Riverbend” is the song that can help calm you down and not think so much of being stuck behind miles of cars. But as traffic lightens up and you are able to drive like a free bird, you can’t help but feel like Pocahontas rowing through the river as this song blasts from your speakers!
