Mickey Mouse is celebrating his birthday with a trip around the world – and you’re invited!

Mickey Mouse is celebrating a whopping 88 years this November, and he has some great events planned for you to enjoy.

On November 18th, Mickey’s actual birthday, you can celebrate Mickey’s birthday with him during his trip around the world, where he’ll be making appearances not only at Disney parks, but also at Disney Stores around the U.S. – if you see him you’ll even get a “Happy Birthday, Mickey!” button! The happiest parks on earth will also have their festivities: Disneyland will also be featuring a special pre-parade birthday celebration, and the Magic Kingdom park will celebrate with a birthday-themed version of Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party. You can follow along with Mickey’s travels on his personal Facebook and Instagram, where he’ll be posting special birthday messages.

If you already have plans on Mickey’s birthday, don’t worry – Disney’s also set to show off some of the their latest Mickey Mouse shorts on Disney channel, including the premiere of two new shorts: Mickey Meows Club and Mickey’s How Not To. Disney Junior will also be debuting the teaser for the brand new show, Mickey and the Roadster Racers.

All of these fun festivities will lead up to the special premiere of a video highlighting Mickey’s travels, featuring a new song called “What We Got.” The video will debut on November 18th as well, but leading up to Mickey’s birthday, videos, galleries, recipes, and other fun celebratory posts will be shared on D:23 The Official Disney Fan Club, Oh My Disney, and other Disney sites, so that you can celebrate Mickey’s birthday all month long.
