Olaf’s “Frozen” Ice Rink.

Although Southern California may not be the first thing you think of when you think of a winter wonderland, you may be mistaken when you take your visit as it is very cold here, Disneyland already has “snow” falling every night, and the merriment extends throughout the Disneyland Resort with lots of holiday decor everywhere. Including at the bustling Downtown Disney District!

It’s there where you’ll find much more than just decor though. In addition to the holiday village that has sprouted in front of our friends at Earl of Sandwich, an ice rink of “Olaf” proportions has sprouted out as well. Olaf’s “Frozen” Ice Rink, seen in the video above, is indeed a playful ice rink created by none other than Olaf, the funnyman snowman from Disney’s newest animated film. You even get to ice skate yourself if you want!

We were quite excited to see that he survived summer and decided to make a winter wonderland for all of you both here and at Disney California Adventure Park with “World of Color – Winter Dreams.” Be sure to visit the ice rink and watch Winter Dreams before this winter wonderland disappears in just a few short weeks.
