On Your Mar…quees

Cars Land will be opening June 15 and the finishing touches are being put up everywhere everyday! Just like all the other attractions at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, each one has their very own marquees, or “welcome” sign that shows the name of the attraction as well as the Stand-By line time and Fastpass Return time (if applicable).

Disney has revealed some awesome, high quality pictures of some of the attraction marquees that will be used for the only 3 attractions in Cars Land. Be sure to check out the ones we posted earlier last month (yes, we’re quick at getting things)!

Each marquee in Cars Land really brings out the personality of each attraction even before guests’ ride and experience it. Some interesting details include:

• First off is Radiator Spring Racers! The marquee for this attraction uses neon lights to attract guests to ride it. It already worked on us.

• Second is Luigi’s Flying Tires marquee which is hand-painted onto the windows of the building. Que bellissima!

• Last but not least is the marquee for Maters Junkyard Jamboree which completely suits the rides junkyard home of Mater himself as it is made of pure wood which shows the simplicity and humbleness of Mater’s lifestyle.

We couldn’t agree more and cannot wait to immerse ourselves in this Land. How about you? Are you willing to take a test drive around Radiator Springs now?
