Party at Brennan’s – The Entertainment

Entertainment is one thing that our friends at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen does best. Every day, musicians are booked in order to make sure your ears are just as pleased as your taste buds are. New Orleans, after all, is famous for its music: famous jazz players like Louis Armstrong (You’ve heard of Louis Armstrong!) and Louis Prima (who voiced King Louie in Disney’s The Jungle Book) all got their start in New Orleans. Now you can enjoy the magic of that iconic Jazz music right here in Southern California!

The sounds of jazz can be heard daily at Downtown Disney and right inside the Jazz Kitchen. Here’s a schedule of musicians that play every week!

• Monday – Thursday @ 6:30-10:00 PM: Solo Piano Player

• Thursday Nights @ 9:00 PM: Live Blazing Dueling Piano Show

• Friday and Saturday @ 7:00-11:00 PM: Kenny Sara and the Sounds of New Orleans

• Sunday @ 10:30 AM -2:30 PM and 6:30-10:00 PM : Jazz Trio

The best part of it all is that these musical acts are all kid-friendly, so feel free to bring your kids to show them the magic of music – and to feed them a delicious meal as well!

In addition to these weekly jazzy-entertainment offerings, the Jazz Kitchen also has special entertainment events! Just in next few months alone, they will be hosting two scary-fun events like Hollywood Confidential – a murder mystery dinner and show (October 24) and a gingerbread decorating workshop in partnership with our friends at Disney D23: the Official Disney Fan Club (October 20)!

If you’re planning a party, the Jazz Kitchen will be more than happy to accommodate your specific preferences. When we were there, they even hired a live band to play on the second floor at their Open House, showing how easy it is to set up and how awesome it is to have live music at such a great venue!
