See what happens when a dance battle happens in the Star Wars Cantina.

Culture happens in bars. Similarly, culture might happen in the Mos Eisley Cantina.

Whether that be playing a John Williams musical masterpiece played by aliens inside it or starting heated debates like if Han shot first, the Star Wars’ fantasy Cantina is a place where life happens for those in that galaxy far, far away.

In our own galaxy, however, a Cantina was constructed to settle another cultural clash of a different kind: of dance. Videographer and dancer Claydon Boon had the idea a few months ago to gather his dancer friends to create a video that would answer a new-aged question:

What if a dance battle occurred in the Tatooine Cantina?

The video above is the answer to that question and by the looks of it, it would be a hit if it were to happen. The video has already been viewed over 5,000 times on YouTube.

We won’t be surprised if we saw more dance battles happening in bars sometime soon.
