Tackle the Disneyland Diamond Celebration 24-hour party the smart way

This Friday is the beginning of the Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration which means a 24-hour day at Disneyland. Along with crowds of people and lines that border two hour wait times there will also be new shows debuting to the public. Now, is it possible to watch all three shows in one night? With our plan of attack it is!

Plan of Attack

  1. The first step of our plan would be to secure a nice spot where you will be able to view the parade at 8:50 p.m. as well as the Disneyland Forever fireworks at 9:30 p.m. either near the entrance to Tomorrowland or along Main Street U.S.A. For World of Color, we would suggest getting a FastPass for the 3:00 a.m. showing.

  2. After the fireworks show spend some time visiting the Hatbox Ghost at the Haunted Mansion or Harold the Abominable Snowman inside the Matterhorn. There is also plenty of shopping and eating that can be done at this time.

  3. Around 1:30 a.m., we’d suggest heading toward Disney California Adventure Park to wait in the queue or along Paradise Pier for the 3:oo a.m. showing of World of Color – Celebrate!

In the end, the most important thing is to have a good time and make memories that will last a lifetime. So, be kind and courteous as you experience another Disney Parks party the strategic way. With this plan of attack, you can plan accordingly and make sure you don’t miss any of the nighttime events and festivities. Who knows, you might even be a winner of Disneyland’s Diamond Days Sweepstakes.

All this and more awaits as the Disneyland Diamond Celebration kicks off on May 22nd at 6 a.m. For all the most up to date information, check out our live event page HERE.
