The first “The Force Awakens” TV spot just dropped.

Disney released the first official Star Wars: The Force Awakens TV spot quietly and exclusively on Twitter today. With December 18th a little more than a month away, Disney is slowly releasing more and more footage.

Disney first released the official trailer. Then, a couple of days ago, fans around the world awoke to the international trailer loaded with information about the new film. Though the TV spot is only thirty seconds long, eagle-eyed fans are spotting new information to incorporate into theories about the film.

Lifestyle/tech website The Verge have pointed out one of those theories based on the voice over dialogue in the trailer. Hint: generations play a big part to someone. That’s all we’ll say!

The release of more footage makes some fans happy, while others are upset by the footage spoiling the film. Either way, it’s clear that all fans are excited for December 18th.
