There’s a Disneyland Rose a’bloomin’!

Today, 3/20, is the first official day of Spring and there’s something blooming at Disneyland that marks the occasion. The Disneyland Rose is a very special rose that embodies the beauty and spirit that is Disneyland.

Disney Cast Member Karen Hedges, who is part of the Horticulture team, looked through thousands of rose beds to find the specific rose that Disneyland would use and call her own.

In 2001, she came across a rose with multi-colored petals and knew that it was the one. As said from Karen,”The huge cluster of flowers with petals ranging from apricot-orange to pink seemed a perfect choice”.

This rose has been at Disneyland for around 9 years! Guests can find them along the turnstiles as the enter the park and in other areas in the park.

Lets see if you can find the other spots!
