This is what happens when you get rid of all of inside scenes in “Inside Out”

Inside Out became one of the biggest hits of 2015. With a dynamic cast of characters, a heartbreaking/warming plot, and a feel-good ending, the film continues to be remembered as one of the best Pixar films to date. The film stars Riley, a young girl whose emotions clash chaotically after her family’s sudden move to San Francisco. It’s the emotions – Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust – that truly give the movie an iconic feel.

Yet have you ever wondered what it would be like to see Inside Out from Riley’s perspective, without the help of her emotions? Editor Jordan Hanzon took this issue into his own hands and created Inside Out: Outside Edition, where we can see what is must have been like for Riley and her parents to experience the stress of their move without the help of any emotions to illustrate their thoughts. Watching Riley jump rapidly from joy to sadness and every emotion in between on her own shows that really, she’s just like us.

Watch Inside Out: Outside Edition and let us know what you think!
