Top 5 Non-Alcoholic Holiday Drinks At The Disneyland Resort

I’ve had my fair share of drinks at the Disneyland Resort. From the Mint Julep to the Peanut Butter and Jelly Soda of yesterland at the Carnation Café. This time of year, however, brings even more drinks that are only available during the holiday season.

They make the perfect companion to your fireworks or people watching if the attractions become too busy and since that might just be the case as we near December 25, here are the must-try non-alcoholic drinks for you to sip on.

 5. Abuelita at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café

This Mexican hot chocolate drink is a favorite from first sip. It’s full of rich chocolate flavor together with the perfect amount of cinnamon that just works. If you’re looking for a great hot chocolate alternative, this is the one!

4. Peppermint Mocha at the Market House

Peppermint Mocha is a holiday staple and is simply delicious! The fusion of minty freshness and mocha go hand-in-hand together. I like it because of how fresh it feels as I drink it on a chilly night waiting for Fantasmic! to start.

3. Hot Spice Apple Cider at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

This cider is different from the caramel apple cider being served in the parks and it can only be bought in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. What makes this cider so delicious is that it has the right balance of sweetness and spice that will make you feel like you’ve just gone apple picking and freshly brewed your bounty using your grandmother’s secret recipe.

2. Hot Chocolate at the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

This hot chocolate found can also only be found at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and is definitely in my top 5 list of hot chocolates I’ve ever had. What’s great about this hot chocolate is each batch takes approximately 30 minutes to make, combing the right amounts of premium chocolate and cream and stirring perfectly. It’s a very rich drink, but it’s not too thick that it feels like gunk. The chocolate flavor is decadent and just perfect for sitting by the giant fireplace in the lobby.

1. Eggnog at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café

Of course, the #1 drink on this list would be a drink that is meant for the holidays. The first time I ever had eggnog was on Main Street U.S.A. a few years ago and I haven’t looked back since. It’s by far my favorite drink to have during the holiday season thanks to its unique flavor (like melted ice cream). I feel the ultimate relaxation when I sit on a bench drinking eggnog while listening to the Christmas music play and the people walking around.
