We’ll be at the grand openings of Mission: BREAKOUT and Pandora – World of Avatar!

Next week will be a big week for Disney as two new major attractions will be opening to the public! But before they do, we’ve been given special access to both of them – and we’re taking you with us.

Based off the fictionalized world shown in James Cameron’s “Avatar” blockbuster film, Avatar – World of Pandora will open after long negotiations and a difficult construction period. The new land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park is touted in being an engineering and artistic masterpiece, putting guests right into the bioluminescent and tropical world in nearly every detail.

Over 2,000 miles away Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: BREAKOUT at Disney California Adventure Park, formerly the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, will finally open its doors after a massive re-imagining turning the haunted hotel into Tanleer Tivan’s collection of the galaxy’s finest items, including the Guardians of the Galaxy aka Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket (Raccoon), Drax, and of course Groot who are looking to get out.

Both attractions have kept a low profile (as Disney does with all its projects), but next week, all the new Disney magic will be revealed and we’re inviting you to join us as we take in both next week!

Our grand opening coverage as part of Disney’s special media events will include our thorough editorial reports featuring fantastic pictures, videos, and more. Additionally, we’ll be planning some exclusive interview with the Imagineers responsible for building the attractions to give us some behind-the-scenes details.

There’s always a few celebrities in attendance at these grand opening events too, and we’re arranging to have them join us for their take on the new Disney Parks experiences.

We’ll be covering Pandora at Walt Disney World first on May 24. We’ll then hop on a plane to Disneyland to cover Mission: BREAKOUT on May 25.
