When Chorky met Lumpkinella: A Bad Lip Reading of High School Musical

Bad Lip Reading partnered with Disney XD to present a bad lip reading of High School Musical. What came next were a bunch of talk dancing, burp jokes, and hilarious out of place sentences. I have never been so invested in High School Musical since I was a freshman in school. This bad lip reading told a fantastic story about Chorky and his relationship with the new girl Lumpkinella.

What made this bad lip reading even better was that all the songs were completely redone to make it sound extremely goofy. My personal favorite was the take on “Get’cha Head in the Game”. It went from a very motivating song to a nursery rhyme about loving basketball and sporadic dancing. All the voice acting perfectly gave a fresh take on the characters we know and love.

With the way this Bad Lip Reading went I hope they continue to partner with Disney on future Bad Lip readings with other Disney Channel Original Movies! This thirty minute special aired on Disney XD on July 11th but if you missed it not to worry, Bad Lip Reading posted it to their YouTube page, and you can also click the video above to watch it!
