You’ll be able to buy these exclusive “The Force Awakens” art pieces (for a good cause)

This past weekend, Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles hosted an out-of-this-world art exhibit featuring some original Star Wars artwork. The “Art Awakens” gallery, also presented by computer giant HP Inc., was also held to celebrate the upcoming release of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”.

Episode 7 director J.J. Abrams was on hand at Gallery 1988 for the Art Awakens Opening Night on November 13, 2015.

That meant that there was some pieces on display included some of the new characters and worlds from Episode 7 including BB-8, Rey, and Kylo Ren. They were all done by top professional and emerging contemporary artists like Joshua Keyes, ScottC, and Dan Mumford to just name a few.

They all have a love for the Lucasfilm franchise, and you can certainly tell by some of their works seen below.

Want some of these pieces for your existing collection or a new collection after seeing them? Some of the new and original pieces from the exhibit are now being auctioned off in the name of Star Wars: Force for Change to support UNICEF Kid Power. All original pieces featured in the gallery are now up for auction through eBay for Charity, along with select prints for sale.

Original pieces by the professional artists will be up for auction on eBay from 11/13 – 11/23.

Prints of select originals by the professional artists will be available for purchase on eBay from 11/13 – 12/12.

Any of these pieces would make a perfect Christmas gift. Oh, and seeing The Force Awakens on December 18! Can’t forget about that.
