What Makes The ‘Mad T-Party’ Mad?

Guests can now follow the White Rabbit DJ down, down, down, into his rabbit hole where guests will end up at the Mad T Party – Disney California Adventure’s newest nighttime entertainment.

For the past two years, the Hollywood Pictures Backlot, now called Hollywood Land, has played host to two different style dance parties in the past – Glow Fest and ElecTRONica. Now room has been made to bring a different theme, but same atmosphere to Hollywood Land that will act as a new experience for the growing rate of adult guests to the Resort.

One of DisneyExaminer’s writers Mike Ayala had the opportunity to go to the first “test shows” earlier this month and writes and sends back photos from his experience:

Mad T-Party has some awesome entertainment.

As seen in the very top photo, the main stage is where the White Rabbit DJ spins tracks that everyone can go ‘topsy-turvy’ to. Also , the stage features Alice and the Mad T-Party Band perform renditions of today’s popular artists such as Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and other famous musicians.

Another stage at Mad T-Party is called the House of Cards Stage where guests can see the Mad T-Party’s Dance Crew perform routines that the Queen of Hearts must approve of their skills.

The House of Cards Stage is also home to a strange yet surprisingly entertaining act entitled “WHO R U?” The show basically features a giant human Slinky who can dance, stretch, and shape itself just like a real Slinky!

From what we’ve seen so far, DisneyExaminer recommends this to any older-aged adult who can be responsible in this environment. We’ve heard many stories from guests and Cast Members alike about the various problems that occur in this club-like atmosphere. Please be on your best behavior when attending, folks! It’s still Disneyland.
