Like Olaf, my favorite season is summer, and I do not fare too well in the heat, especially at Disneyland.

Since not everyone can have their own personal snow flurry, we rounded up the best drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) to have on a hot summer’s day throughout the Disneyland Resort! Do not let the heat turn you into a puddle; cool off and stay hydrated with one of these refreshing delights.

Non-Alcoholic

Root Beer Float

Drink: Barq’s Root Beer and Vanilla Ice Cream

Location: The Golden Horseshoe and Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor

Are you a fan of root beer floats? Well, imagine having one at Disneyland. They don’t hold back on the ice cream, and it’ll be sure to satisfy your thirst and keep you cool throughout the day.

Dole-Whip-Float-Tiki-Juice-Bar

Dole Whip Float

Drink: Pineapple soft serve and Pineapple Juice

Location: Tiki Juice Bar

Located right as you enter Adventureland, this classic drink was made for hot weather. The nutritious, whole pineapple juice and non-dairy dole whip will lift your energy and won’t leave you feeling weighed down.

Mint Julep

Drink: Sugar water, Lime Juice, and Creme de Menthe syrup

Location: New Orleans Square

This classic drink has its own bar right behind Cafe Orleans. This Southern non-alcoholic drink served on the rocks and topped with mint leaves will be sure to leave you cool.

Mango Madness

Drink: Mangos, Peaches, Banana, and Lowfat Yogurt blended with Orange, Pineapple, Guava and Passion Fruit Juices

Location: Schmoozies in Hollywoodland

This smoothie is the next best thing to Jamba Juice inside the parks. Grab this fruity drink to quench your thirst on a hot Disney day!

Alcoholic

Piranha Pool

Drink: Strawberry Vodka blended with Pineapple Juice, Cream of Coconut, Strawberry Purée and Blue Curaçao

Location: Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar

This blue and red frozen drink is a play on its own name. It’s one of the sweetest and most tropical tasting drinks on the menu. This is quite the catch for people who love pineapple, coconut, and blended drinks.

Red Sangria

Drink: Beso Del Sol Red Sangria made from a 100% natural marriage of Spanish Tempranillo Grapes, Orange, Blood Orange, and Lemon Juices with a touch of natural Cinnamon

Location: Wine Country Trattoria

This drink comes in a sizable wine glass abundant with fresh fruits.

Karl Strauss Red Trolley Ale

Drink: Irish Red Ale with hints of Raisins, Currants, and Toffee

Location: Award Wieners

Beer is naturally refreshing, but what sets this brew from the rest is its smooth quality and hints of caramel.

You definitely don’t need to let rising temperatures ruin your visit to your favorite Disney park. Grab one of these refreshing beverages and beat the heat!
